See Your Project Visualized

As you’ve learned from reading this website, we have a variety of skills to help you with any kind of home project.

To get things started with a kitchen remodeling project, we use specialized computer software that helps create us create a 3D, scale model of your kitchen. This becomes the foundation for developing kitchen renovation plans for a variety of projects.

It’s much easier to make the right decisions when you are working with a complete visual representation of the kitchen – before any remodeling work takes place.

Get moving before installation day

You’ve heard of home remodeling problems. Here is a common mistake, that we want to tell you about – so you can avoid it.

Imagine this: You chose new hardwood flooring to be installed, you scheduled the contractor to arrive tomorrow, and very soon they will arrive and all your furniture is still in place. Oh no, that’s not good. Contractors like to get to work right away, however, so you don’t want to get caught in a situation when you’re rushing around to move your precious furniture and personal items out the way.

To avoid this nightmare scenario, hire a professional contractor like us. We think about all the little details to make sure your home and your peace of mind are intact.

In this scenario, we would have discussed with you the option for us to get a furniture mover and storage company to come help out before the installation date. This is a common need and is a great way to take care of your valuables.

Getting help from a professional moving crew can come in handy. Our Los Angeles-based movers even take care of storage if needed. If you want to know more about this service, please contact us.

Margaret’s affordable new driveway

We love helping our Los Angeles clients find affordable solutions to their home care and remodeling needs. Here is a recent story we wanted to share with you.

We recently were called by Margaret R, a senior citizen from Los Feliz, Los Angeles, who has a large cement driveway that was partially cracked. Margaret, has a limited budget and was concerned about the cost of rebuilding her entire 2000 square foot driveway.

With the help of the cement crew, Danny Mizrahi (Owner/Founder) looked at where the cracks were located in the driveway. He noticed that the cracks were along the edges (the extraction joints).

What this meant was that Margaret could focus her driveway repair to only a 180 square feet instead of 2000 square feet.

She was thrilled and we were happy to be part of the right solution.

What this meant for Margaret was that she had enough money left to replace 3 beautiful cathedral windows in the front of her home. Good for you Margaret! We were glad to help.

Email us and we’ll call you back to set up a time to review your home project needs and give you an honest idea of the cost.

Get yourself a plan

While many people imagine that bathroom remodeling is simple because it is a small room, such a project should not be taken lightly. Here are a two tips:

Ask a licensed contractor to develop a carefully planned timetable and a budget for your project. Small spaces need a tightly organized plan and schedule.

Buy all the bathroom fixtures you’ll need in advance of construction. Specifically, avoid any demolition until you have your tile, toilet, and all the other fixtures you need available and stored in your home or garage.

Good luck!
